Danny came to corporate interiors after experience in a different type of project management: developing and implementing digital strategies for organizations. His prior role built a base of many transferrable skills including scheduling development, working in teams and prioritizing to accomplish challenges. Danny splits his time supporting the company’s Project Management and Relocation Management divisions from planning through close-out phases.
Danny is an avid outdoorsman – you can find him golfing at Monarch Bay, cycling up Mt. Tam, mountain biking through the Joaquin Miller Park, hiking in Yosemite or fly fishing in Yellowstone. He is also an avid reader (book recommendations welcome) and loves traveling.

We have a terrific rolodex (remember those?) of trusted industry vendors to partner with to ensure your office buildout project goes smoothly. Some examples would be general contractors, electricians, IT consultants, furniture vendors, movers and architects. We also establish a positive working relationship with the property manager early along in the timeline.
We review your lease work letters and work in tandem with the real estate brokers to make sure our clients are thoroughly represented and to minimize tenant construction risk.

By on-boarding industry partners early, projects get evaluated by teams of contractors, consultants, and engineers throughout each stage of design to avoid each time consuming plan revisions. By leading an engaged team each step of the design process, officemorph ensures project success well before construction ever begins.
We work with you to develop a finely-tuned schedule and budget, helping projects to be finished on time and within financial means.

officemorph has in-office move experts who help with the “soup to nuts” of your relocation. In addition to getting you moved into your new space, we inventory existing contents and coordinate liquidation, disposal and all decommissioning needs. We manage your movers from first job walk through completion.
Projects aren’t complete until we have wrapped up with punch-lists checked off, final invoices reviewed and all close-out materials are cataloged.

Wes Baker is a trusted IT adviser with over fifteen years’ experience in the Information Technology industry. His experience comes from working with public and private organizations to assess, analyze, design, and recommend a variety of IT solutions. Wes is passionate about helping organizations achieve success when implementing complex technology solutions. Wes educates clients on how to understand, implement, and maintain practical uses of technology.
Wes recently managed IT-related tasks for PRC, a non-profit organization in San Francisco. This project consisted of consolidation of several existing offices and facilities to a new flagship location. The new core build-out required coordinating multiple technology vendors to design, procure and deploy new network infrastructure and to work collaboratively on critical project milestones to minimize downtime for the customer.
In his free time, Wes is jamming in his band and playing rock shows throughout Northern California. He also enjoys camping, reading, and traveling with his wife, Sabrina.
With a background in both construction and brand management, Caitlin is a combination of both analytical and creative, offering her clients integral capabilities to help get their projects over the finish line. Caitlin has worked in construction for five years, and has learned not only the immense capabilities of what we can build together, but how to do it with a smile. Caitlin’s role at officemorph as Project Manager includes everything from budget analysis, contractor partnership, design development, move management, and of course, excellent customer service.
Caitlin and her husband recently moved to Walnut Creek after living in San Francisco for many years. When not working, or decorating her new home, Caitlin enjoys listening to live music, dancing her heart out and traveling this great big world.
Kira has worked in the commercial interiors field for over twelve years at architectural and interior design firms. Based on her background, she brings a thorough understanding of the construction process to officemorph working on behalf of landlords and tenants. She values clear lines of communication with a team approach to deliver successful projects.
In her role as Project Manager, Kira leads assignments from start to finish, partnering with clients and industry teams from planning, design, procurement, execution, and close-out.
Kira and her husband Derek have two young kids and live in Novato. The family enjoys spending time in their backyard vegetable garden and going to China Camp Beach in San Rafael to relax.
Ali developed her positive “can do” attitude, attention to detail and work ethic over a fifteen-year career with corporate accounts such as BMW and Google. She specializes in move management for officemorph. Ali also provides support during the lifecycle of projects from pre-construction through close-out.
In addition to the project work she is involved with, Ali spearheads the firm’s business management operations, a role entailing wearing many different hats.
In Ali’s spare time, she happily runs after her pre-teen daughters, sings in a band, works on her tennis game, models for a Lafayette, CA fashion boutique and enjoys her community.
As a fourth generation construction professional, building is in Adam’s bloodline. He grew up inspired by the leadership of his grandfather on job sites working with contractors and architects.
Adam spearheads the officemorph team in translating workplace visions into reality. Adam has amassed a noteworthy collection of return clients including international corporations, growing startups, and commercial landlords. He also truly enjoys doing projects with non-profit organizations and becoming personally invested in their missions.
When he’s not orchestrating office space renovations and relocations, Adam is the announcer at his kids’ swim meets, sitting in the crowd at Cobb’s Comedy Club or reconstructing something with leftovers that his wife won’t try.
Carolyn has a background in design, business, and entrepreneurship. She has worked in the administrative assistant realm for the last four years helping businesses run more efficiently. Through her experiences, she has learned what it takes to effectively manage a project and how to better help those running them.
As a Project Assistant for officemorph, Carolyn uses her eye for detail and penchant for organization. She strives for communication and support that encourages creativity and coherence among team members to keep projects running like well-oiled machines.
In her free time, Carolyn enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors, dancing, drinking tea, and working on designs.
